Package arrived quickly with no significant external damage. Upon unboxing, I found a few disappointments. First, one of the five handles shared with the base of the stool had a significant amount of scratches and gouges. The packaging materials provided by the park were clearly not up to protecting the contents. The plastic panel attached to the underside of the seat assembly was then misaligned, preventing the base height adjustment hardware from being installed. The repair was done by removing the three small screws, rotating the plate until all attachment points matched, and reinstalling the screws. Those issues aside, assembly was easy and quick. The seat is firm enough, yet comfortable and easy to move. The height adjustment range is very good and fits my 6ft 2in height well. Time will tell how durable the height adjustment cylinder is, but overall a good fit.
