I use this ointment as part of my baby's changing routine, especially after a big dirty nappy. I'm sick of diaper rash and feel like this step has left my baby's diaper area soft and hydrated. Wipes can irritate and dry out skin, this ointment moisturizes and also cleans anything that doesn't get in the wipes (think hard-to-reach places) because you're using a cotton swab or pad. After rubbing, combine with No Rinse Cleansing Water (another hit, lovely scent), also by Mustela, then apply your choice of nappy rash ointment and cream (still not faithful, but like Aquaphor and Mustela) for a super fresh one and clean baby diapers.
