I bought this particular pen because it compares to others on the market very cheap but still got the same job done. Unfortunately, the pen only lasted a month before dying. I even replaced the battery, thinking maybe it was because you can't turn off the pen; but in vain. I contacted customer service and they responded within 24 hours. They sent me a brand new pen completely free of charge. This pen has held up ever since. A few days after delivery they even emailed me asking if I still had it and how I like it. Customer service was fantastic although the pin died quickly hope this one lasts!
