Amazing customer service

I bought this particular pen because it compares to others on the market very cheap but still got the same job done. Unfortunately, the pen only lasted a month before dying. I even replaced the battery, thinking maybe it was because you can't turn off the pen; but in vain. I contacted customer service and they responded within 24 hours. They sent me a brand new pen completely free of charge. This pen has held up ever since. A few days after delivery they even emailed me asking if I still had it

Suitable for writing, not suitable for erasing and selecting

I have an ASUS TP401. Pros: I found the pen to write decently well; 4/5 stars. Cons: DELETE. The pen was very buggy as ink was erased with the button on the side. Sometimes it worked, sometimes not. In other cases, it started deleting but then stopped while the delete button was still pressed. In the video you can see how I tried to erase 3 lines of text but the stylus only managed to erase 2 lines. 1/5 stars.CHOICE. The select button on the stylus did not always highlight text when held down…

Compatible with ZenBook Flip 15 Q507I

I ordered one of these pens along with some Quad-A rechargeable batteries for Prime Day 2021. My main use case is taking notes and paperwork for college and so far the pen has worked flawlessly. I was a bit worried at first as my laptop model (Q507I) wasn't listed as compatible, but it worked straight away with no pairing required! The software I use for annotating and writing, Drawboard PDF, also supports different levels of pressure. The only thing I have is that I ordered the platinum option

This product saved my life because my original Asus pen stopped has been working for a long time and it's hard to find options in my country. It is slightly lighter than the original pen, but still feels comfortable in the hand. At first I was afraid to order because of the reviews, but everything turned out to be much better than expected!
