I bought this particular pen because of the price, it was very cheap compared to others on the market but did the same job. Unfortunately, the pen only lasted a month before dying. I even changed the battery, thinking maybe it was because you can't turn off the pen; but in vain. I contacted customer service and they responded within 24 hours. They sent me a brand new pen completely free of charge. This pen has held up ever since. A few days after the delivery they even emailed me asking if I got it yet and how I like it. Customer service was fantastic although the pin died quickly hope this one lasts!
