A good quality product, I rate this purchase perfectly.

I have been using the old Zoom H1 model for 12 years now, without any complaints. It took a second microphone (too lazy to carry back and forth from work), I decided to try the ated one. And when he received it, he did not want to let go of his hands. Now I plow for several hours every day, both as a sound system, and as a microphone for conferences, and as a voice recorder itself. I record rehearsals on it, the readability of all instruments is excellent, I even sent successful takes a couple of times as demos.

Pros

Amazingly comfortable plastic, it's nice to hold in your hands. Compatible with action camera mounts through a 1/4" thread, I hang it situationally wherever I want. The sound is just like the old model. Sensitivity is adjusted both with a knob (much more convenient than buttons!), And auto-tuning. It can be fixed in a couple of meters and even a whisper catches comfortably for the listener. Works as a good quality external sound card. You can turn off the microphone sound transmission to the connected headphones, which is very good.

Cons

Now you need 2 AAA batteries for power (the old model had one AA). When the stand / tripod is screwed in, the battery compartment cannot be opened, it must be unscrewed halfway.
