These folders opened up a brand-new world for me. Instead of having a folder, a list, and a check-off sheet, this folder comes with everything you need right on it so that nothing is lost or forgotten. For some projects, it may be a little bit too much information available but for those projects that need tons of notes and if you're working with a team, these folders are awesome. Everything you need all in one place, there's no question about where that form is or where the specs are because it's either on the folder or inside the folder. They keep everything tidy and available. The different colors are helpful so that if you are doing tons of different projects at once you can color code them. I've used them for particular projects and also for monthly folders. They work just as well on both projects. My new favorite office tool.
