Review on Strategy Map Balanced Scorecard by Desmin Dickerson

The ability to create separate scorecards for different business segments is one of my favorite features, as well as being able to link them back into an overall strategy map. I also like how it allows me to add multiple projects at once in order to keep track of all our work progress. It's easy enough that anyone can use this software without having any prior experience with mapping their organization's strategic goals or metrics. I wish there were more project templates available so we could have created our own custom ones.
