As a medical professional, I only recommend products to my patients that I use myself. This is one of those products. I consider this my favorite whey protein. I was looking for something that dissolves instantly, has no smell, and isn't sweet at all. I was pleasantly surprised to find one that's also grass-fed and processed without heat (which denatures the protein). Since I'm using it for extra protein, this is important. Aged Whey is a bit more expensive, but obviously a lot of research and effort has gone into getting this product right, taking into account both the nutritional value and other properties that are important to discerning consumers looking for REAL nutrition. I'm also trying other Alter products, hemp protein, and collagen to help patients prevent muscle and joint breakdown. So far I'm impressed. Louise B. Andrew, MD.
