This is a fantastic tripod that is easy to use and easy to carry. I'm an amateur photographer working on a small urban farm and this was a great addition to my toolbox. First, it's incredibly light and compact - the body is mostly aluminum and when folded it's small enough to fit in most backpacks. . The legs slide easily with quick release buckles that are still very strong. The design allows you to quickly and painlessly adapt to uneven terrain; Macro photography in the garden is easy to do even when I'm moving through the foliage to get it because I can quickly adjust the height. The case is so durable that yesterday's six hours of rain and mud didn't slow it down at all. I do most of my macro photography on the iPhone XS and really appreciate the adjustable mount that holds my phone firmly despite the thin body AND the popsocket. If you are looking for a great portable tripod, this is it. The purchase is definitely worth it!
