I like that it is simple to use & understand for those who are new or have no experience in writing software reviews.

Sometimes when you press'submit' nothing happens but then sometimes after an hour of waiting a message appears saying "Your submission has been processed". This can be frustrating as time will pass with absolutely nobody doing anything about this issue! We need something which makes our team members feel able to come forward without fear if they see any issues arise within our business practices/ethics etc.
