Not for sale in USA

I ordered this TB HD from Western Digital. It's strange that it was brought from the UK. When it arrived it had a UK plug and a Euro plug. Totally incompatible with the US and should not have been sold in the US. Now I'm being told I must pay at least $160 to return this item! I'll contact Revain and the credit card company.
