After reading all the reviews I decided to try a new kitchen tool myself and I was not disappointed. I love getting new gadgets and this table knife from Cestari did not disappoint. I have found this to be the perfect kitchen cutting tool that gets the job done easily and efficiently. Dimensions are engraved on the blade so you can measure both length and thickness of dough and confectionery. There is a large ergonomic handle at the top that is comfortable to hold. The blade is concise and sharp for chopping anything from vegetables to dough. The large, flat surface makes it easy to pick up shredded food. I found it very easy to clean and the packaging was very pretty. So beautiful that I'm going to give them to all my hobby cooking friends for Christmas.
