I was a bit hesitant to order this tablecloth. Stain and water resistance at such a low price?! I thought it would be like a cheap plastic tablecloth. After reading so many positive reviews I decided to give it a try. I can always return it. I'm so happy I bought it. It looks so great on my table! With many grandkids visiting frequently, this is perfect! The rich fabric is really dirt and water repellent! Nana's dream came true!
