The chain is beautiful, the clasp is terrible.
Bought as a birthday gift, now this is my new favorite. Unfortunately I'll have to break out and fix the jewelry pliers soon - I'm 33 years old, my fingers are pretty nimble, but I couldn't close that damn clasp. Even my eight year old niece had problems with it.
