There hearing aids are amazing and work almost as well as my $2700 set from Costco. The amplification is obviously slanted toward the higher frequencies which most older age persons are deficient in. I cannot tell the difference in hearing quality. They lack some of the bells and whistles of the more expensive set as they are not wireless. The only thing I miss is volume control must be adjusted individually while I am wearing them instead of adjusting one changing the other one at the same time. I purchased these as backups because if I lose one side of the expensive pairs the entire exam must be repeated and the new pair purchased. I also appreciate the smaller case fits in my pocket better because batteries are not needed.
