This bag will NEVER have the space as advertised. With the poor design of the zippered compartment and the location of the laptop compartment, consider yourself lucky if you store more than a day's worth of clothes in this bag. If you only use it as a laptop bag, this can come in handy. But if you plan to use it as carry-on luggage or something for the weekend, look elsewhere. Also make sure you use/test while still in the returns window as the seller is terribly unhelpful. The zipper didn't work properly and of course my previous storage issues were very bad. I wrote to the seller and received a reply asking for photos and essentially calling me a liar. Sent photos and never got a reply. If you are looking for a decent laptop/travel bag I would suggest sticking with well known brands.
