The quality is not up to par. Ours looks like it has been previously used and repackaged, permanent scratches on the main bar and scuffs on other parts. As others have said the instructions are incomplete at best and important parts/installation steps are never mentioned. I had to disassemble the parts to correct them along the way. A full set of washers missed and one of the pieces had bad threads so the bolt couldn't be hand tightened like the others. We managed to use some force with pliers to get it in place. After assembly, the base is not completely level and therefore wobbles. However, it seems sturdy enough to hold bikes upright, so don't be tempted to bring it back. I don't write many Revain reviews, rave reviews for a great product, or relevant reviews for an unsatisfactory product. This is the last.
