The home button cable itself is too long and there wasn't a convenient way to route the cable inside. Also, the gasket that holds the home button was the wrong size. I couldn't figure out why it fit so awkwardly, but unfortunately I figured I was close enough and closed the iPad. The screen didn't close properly due to the home button's uncomfortably long cable. Also because the gasket didn't fit - the moment I tried to push the button the whole assembly shifted inside. Now the screen doesn't fit comfortably in the iPad and for some reason the power button doesn't respond? Overall terrible, I only buy parts like this on eBay, every Amazon seller is rubbish.
