Review on Water-Resistant Lightweight Puffer Jacket With Hood For Men - Rokka&Rolla Winter Coat by Chad Baio

I bought this to test out how I would like a lightweight down jacket before I spent $300 plus for a name brand. First of all this jackets tag says USA California but does not say made in. So I really can’t think this USA made? This is not a light weight layering jacket. Temp below 20 and I only have a t shirt under and it is too thick to wear under a shell. This jacket is like a furnace and coming into a store I have to take it off or sweat immediately. The jacket performs really well in very cold, windy conditions but I still go to a freeze and a shell for bad weather where I will be doing activity so I can manage the heat.
