Review on Audiolab 6000A: 100-Watt Stereo Integrated Amp with Bluetooth DAC - Silver by Masaaki Haruto ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

A normal product, but they wanted more for the money.

There was a desire to try the "English" amplifier, since for many years I used only "Japanese" ones. I also wanted to be able to easily transmit a signal from gadgets to an amplifier, without losing the actual high-quality analog amplifying capabilities. It's good that before ordering there was an opportunity to listen to this amplifier in the cabin. Unfortunately, the noise (hum) of the transformer was revealed . Perhaps a special case. Alas, I didn't manage to switch to the English sound. So far I'm staying with the Denon RMA-1500AE.

Pros
  • Construction, simple modern design. The presence of a high-quality DAC, a large number of inputs, including digital ones, as well as a good phono stage. An excellent opportunity to transmit a high-resolution signal from gadgets via Bluetooth to the amplifier.
Cons
  • The presence of the hum of a toroidal transformer. Boring-rustic exterior finish.
