This headband is very soft and has a thick elastic band at the bottom/back to make it effective for people of all head shapes and sizes. My head circumference is larger than most but the headband doesn't feel too tight when I wear it. Although I use this headband several times a week my 2 year old (who has a much smaller head than mine as pictured above) can still wear/use it as it hasn't lost its elasticity at all. It's cute and functional! I am very happy with this purchase and I recommend this product.
