I've been looking for months for a lamp to light up a specific area in my living room, so imagine my disappointment when I settled on a dim and broken lamp. As fragile as this lamp is, I'm surprised they didn't package it better. I have received toothbrushes that were packaged more carefully than this lamp. Definitely overpriced and that was BEFORE I turned it on. I plugged it in and toggled the light ranges once and that was it. I had to hit the power button many times before it would turn back on, but it didn't go past the minimum light setting, which means that because you have to cycle through brightness levels and it refused to go past the lowest level, you do wouldn't turn off. I had to turn it off to turn it off if I could turn it back on. As sweet as it may sound, it's not worth what the seller is asking. I would not recommend this lamp.
