The customer support is top-notch! They are always willing help you out with any questions or concerns that come up along your journey of solving problems using our platform. I do not have anything bad to say about this service so far. Everything has been great thus far from them reaching out for assistance when we needed it most (i.e., just after launch) until now where they continue providing excellent feedback. When starting a new project - whether big or small - one cannot expect everything will go as planned but rather be prepared for setbacks which can happen at anytime due to unforeseen circumstances such as client's lack of knowledge/understanding of what needs to done first etc. If there was something negative about my experience working here then i would mention the fact that once again some things could've gone smoother than expected since all went well.
