The pigment is perfectly absorbed and transferred from the finger to the eye. And the colors, wow. I don't normally get an orange shade, but this sunrise shade is beautiful. All colors are great. So of course I played with my eyes wide open. Not a single shade lasted a day. Even under the eyes, over the eyeliner, gone. I did a primer. I made a fixing spray. I baked. Solo and in a group. We tried Bailey's trick by applying eyeliner to the eyelid as a base. no Let me tell you that I have makeup skills and all the tools. Brushes, sponges, etc. The FIRST tear from my teary eye and the "Under My Skin” strip runs off my skin. It runs down the Urban Decay primer. Nothing leaves a mark on the Urban Decay primer. What really confuses me is that it stays layered on top of other eyeshadows, creams and crayons. I've been playing with this palette for over a week. . Gorgeous colors. Sigh.
