I wasn't sure about this palette, but it's been on my wish list for a long time. I decided to give it a try and I'm thankful for it. This palette is very similar to Pat McGrath's just not as expensive. The packaging is nice and feels very expensive, with a mirror inside the palette and a clear plastic cap on the outside. The colors are nice too and I like that they are more muted and not too bright. They're all shimmery so you'll need a different palette if you want to mix up some matte shades, but you can use them to create pretty everyday looks as well as really dramatic looks. I've never heard of this brand, but searching the web I found that it's not an unnamed brand. Upon opening the box the colors were so beautiful. You kind of remind me of Pat McGrath. I kind of have a love/hate relationship with this palette. When I first opened the palette, I loved the packaging and the colors were beautiful. Color names, uh, I think they could be better. On first use I found the colors picked up with the eyeshadow brush to be very shimmery and super powdery. Applying it right away will give you a lot of fallout, but the shine and color will remain. The packaging of the Miss Fame Beauty Under My Skin eyeshadow palette is fantastic! The pallet is made of thick cardboard. It feels solid and high quality. The shadows are great too.
