I have achilles tendonitis in one foot and bursitis in both... and I remembered how this shoe helped get rid of my plantar fasciitis 12 years ago so I thought I would try for my current problems. After wearing it for a day and a half, there is a big difference. To be honest I don't have any pain now whereas I normally have a dull ache in both my legs now. Mornings are mostly bad with very stiff ankles so I can't wait to see what happens tomorrow and how long it will take for my legs to 'warm up' for the new day!
