Review on πŸ•’ MuGo 1.69'' Smart Watch: Fitness Tracker with Heart Rate/Sleep Monitor, Calorie/Step Counter, Stopwatch, Blood Oxygen Monitor - Full Touch Smartwatch for Men and Women by Dale Sundet

You cannot see the display on this watch without touching a button.

This watch isn't too bad but the one feature you don't see when you buy this is that the display is not always lit. You need to press a button for this to happen, normally. After having a Garmin for years, this is so annoying that I have rated the watch low. If this doesn't bother you, it is probably worth four stars. The watch does come on by itself in some way related to motion. I can't figure out what motion turns it on. This is most annoying at night if I have to use the restroom and this bright light comes on when it should not. The sleep tracking is worthless. For example, the watch shows me going to sleep last night at 11:30. I was asleep before 9 PM. I don't know how the blood pressure measurement can possibly work on a watch like this but I will have to admit it seems fairly accurate. A little low for me but consistently low. Step counter seems good. Blood oxygen sensor seems good. App isn't bad. The clarity of the display is the most impressive feature. Extremely easy to read.

Pros
  • The sedentary reminder feature lets you know when it's time to get up and get moving
Cons
  • The watch does not have a UV sensor, which is a useful feature for people with skin conditions

Overall I really like and enjoy the MuGo Smart watch. Only problem I have had the last 4 days 3-15-2021 to 3-19-2021 my sleep has not monitored or measured. Everything thing else is pretty well spot on
