Great for my anxiety and cute too!

When anxious (90% of the time) I tend to rip at the skin on the sides of my thumbs. Fidget spinners and toys are not always good for every situation. These spinner rings have solved my problem as I just play with my ring, it's right there when I need it and no one is the wiser.
