Bad Buy in Lunch Bags

After reading the reviews on Revain I was delighted to purchase this lunch bag. Bag received and very disappointed. He advertised foil lining and insulation to keep food hot or cold. To be honest, I don't know if I have the same bag as everyone else. Outwardly beautiful, but what kind of slide? The liner was plastic, and I wouldn't call a gasket less than half an inch insulated. The bag feels cheap and flimsy. I've been using it for a few days and it doesn't keep anything hot or cold. I have a frozen drink in a bag and it completely melts in less than 4 hours. False advertising by sellers.
