What I like best about this product are its robust features which makes it one of the most advanced CASBs available today.

The implementation process was relatively smooth without any hiccups or issues as such. It has been working flawlessly since we got our hands on them last year! Nothing much to dislike at all so far - great tool! Very well priced for what you get outta your money from buying their software/service package too! Great value proposition overall considering they have some very affordable pricing options compared to other providers who charge more than twice if not thrice the price!! We did face few minor glitches but nothing major either during pre-sales stage nor post sales support provided by Stratoknow team helped us resolve those quickly enough & effectively. Their customer service department responded promptly within 24 hours almost always around 18 hrs when contacted via telephone / email etc., even outside office.
