Very roomy for luggage and travel gear
I used it for a 3 day trip and its size was perfect to wear all day. I would say the size is small/medium. Big enough for a large water bottle, phone, sunglasses, phone charger and a few more essentials. Not big enough if you want to wear a hoodie or something. You could probably fit, but the pocket would be completely full.
