Matches the description completely, very satisfied.

I paid for the order on 10.01, it was supposed to arrive on 15.01. If you didn’t arrive, the status is always “we don’t have time to bring it on time”. On January 16, a person had a DR and it was supposed to be a gift . I called the support service and wrote to which they answered that the goods did not arrive at the warehouse. I contacted the seller, to which they answered that the goods were successfully sent to the sorting center on January 13 and the problem was on the other side. I passed this information to the support service, but the specialists insisted, according to the delivery service, “the goods did not arrive at the warehouse and were not shipped. Wait 48 hours for a response." I still heard about 48 hours from the 15th, but I had to call and write myself, because there was no information. Today is the 18th and no information has appeared . a complete disappointment of your service. Spoiled mood and holiday. There are no questions to the support service, although there were specialists who simply “leaked” “there is no information on your order” from the call. Other specialists at least contacted the delivery service. There are many claims. I won't be placing any more orders with your service! If only on trifles, order napkins there. For the rest, there is a big risk that you will write off the money and score on the client, blaming the seller for everything.
