Review on Cooler Master MasterCase Reduction Technology by Nguyen Taylor

Big heavy case. The side wall made of glass bothered me. It arrived with a glass side panel broken into many pieces. I asked Revane if there is a way to just get a new sidebar. Plastic would be great! Revane said NO, you have to send the whole suitcase back. I need a case NOW. I don't want to wait at least two weeks to build my computer. The case's replaceable glass panel will most likely break as well. The panel is mainly for looks, the case should also work without it. I contacted Cooler Master, which was incredibly difficult because you have to be logged in to do anything on their site. For some reason their signup page didn't work with my regular email. I've tried at least 15 times. I called Cooler Master in California - no one answered and I called all departments. Finally I tried another rarely used and very inconvenient email and it worked and I was able to log in and then submit an RMA and a tech question and tell them I want to replace the door as it allows me to get my computer back NOW could build up. . I haven't received an answer yet. This suitcase is so heavy that I think there is a very, very high chance that the glass pane will break during transport. I recommend using the plastic side panel.
