Good OEM quality and goes well with my Kenmore front loading washing machine. Removing the pins from the shocks is difficult and time consuming, especially on the top right. First you need to remove the screw and circuit board on the back to make room. I sprayed some W-40 to lubricate the contacts and terminals before removing. It is necessary to press on the small raised tongue of the lock from the side of the bridge and at the same time pull on the front nut. I used a small hammer to knock out the pin and pry it out. Easy job once you figure out the 1st. Installation is easy. I lubricated everything before inserting the pins and locking everything in place. About 2-3 hours of work. Now there is no vibration. I also changed the belt while I was there. Another 8-10 years of service are expected.
