There are many things I like about RX Relief but one thing that they can do better is getting more doctors to refer patients for their services! They need at least 1 or 2 new doctor referrals per week in order get enough insurance payers reimbursing them properly which makes it difficult if not impossible sometimes because there's only so much time between when you submit claims & receive payment!! Their customer service leaves alotto be desired as well since we have been dealing with different CS reps throughout our account management process who don't seem interested nor knowledgeable regarding my benefits plan specifics (which has nothing whatsoevert odo w/their job). We've used several other PBM companies recently including HealthEase before switching back again after realizing how bad those providers were compared tp ours here @ RERF where all bills go through an Account Manager first then forwarded up-stream thru legal docs etc..
