The type of litter you use really matters. The Arm & Hammer Super Scoop I found stuck to the walls, the Double Duty isn't that bad, and the Slide material would probably be a lot better. It would be nice if it was a little lower (our big cat goes in but out sometimes), the tray was a little higher (tall clumps get dirty if you try to pull the tray out), and the plastic strainer was better attached to the tray. bottom (if you're not careful, you'll slide the screen when the lid is closed). It's a lot better than the clumsy automatics, and only opening the lid about once a week to remove stubborn bits and adding more dirt is a lot better than bending down and shoveling every day. I can see the new clips really making a difference - a few more tweaks and that would be really great. Thanks for a great product.
