Don't worry about fitness tech

I'm a disabled veteran on a limited income and I don't like the pedometer I bought from you. I needed this device for "walking" physical therapy after my major lumbar surgery on October 8th. I thought I had a valuable resource to track my daily steps. I have already calculated the mileage, which corresponded to the steps taken. I was able to monitor my progress while recovering. I put the pedometer around my neck and tried to keep it in my pocket, I counted how many steps I took and when I checked the pedometer, to my horror it showed 30 steps even though I was only taking 20. I checked the pedometer many times and the readings on the device were much higher than mine. A single occasion when I simply put a pedometer around my neck that read zero gave me 14 steps for that action. I have yet to replace this pedometer with a working one. I have used several brands of pedometers over the years and was very excited to read reviews and information about your brand online. Now I'm an unlucky stray. Cody Tellen Henriks
