If there are any issues they respond quickly and usually resolve within hours (sometimes minutes). There aren't many drawbacks right now but if you're looking into using an eCommerce system such as this then definitely give it a try - especially since so much can be done online these days. We used other platforms before which were very expensive and difficult to manage internally. This was great because everything could easily been managed through one website rather than several different systems.
