Review on Entrepid Corporation by Rick Everett
It's been great for cross department collaboration
I like that it can be used by different types of departments within an agency to collaborate, which is helpful when trying new things together or working with multiple teams at once! The interface could use some work as well (it looks outdated).
We're solving problems in our field office regarding how we communicate internally between offices/branches throughout California - this has helped us have more effective internal communication while also providing better service across all branches through increased efficiency.
Pros
- Easy for users from various backgrounds

- Good quality audio recordings included along side other information required during call handling procedures suchas notes taken about calls etc.etc..)
- Ability interactively share documents via email without going back into program again after opening document so you don't lose your place if
