Review on ⚡ Active Ankle E4 Volt Bulk by Jeff Jordan

This is a great product to protect your ankle from rolling sideways on the court. I've bought several of these over the years. They're uncomfortable until you get used to them, but in volleyball, where there's occasional contact with the net, the protection is worth it. I have witnessed several cases of broken ankles sometimes resulting in serious knee injuries which has prompted many of us to wear these braces. I wore them over orthotics which I found comfortable but the plastic lining quickly wore out. I'm now following the directions (lol) and wear them under my orthotic but find the new one rubs my ankle - and wondering if I should order a medium size instead of the recommended small due to my orthopedic insole. No doubt I'll get used to it by typing it.
