ONLY buy this if you plan to use it in the aquatic environment. Otherwise, save money by using a cheap 12V charger at your home or buy cheap from Amazon if it's designed for use with these 12V LED coils. Quality: 5/5 - Excellent build quality - Won't fail for years - Very water resistant - It gets hot when in use, a little more than a regular power adapter - It only gets hot when the device it's plugged into is turned on . Voltage: 5/5 - very stable current 12V - constant current at full voltage. This works great with the waterproof 12V LEDs that come on a spool. That being said I don't regret the purchase but if you use it indoors. , just use a cheap charger and save money.
