Review on Rectangular Violet Linen Treasure Tablecloth by Nick Mcvey

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Does not 'combine' the soft look of cotton with the strength of plastic - very similar to plastic

I have a huge dining table and bought this tablecloth and the 'Rivierra' embroidered tablecloth for the same Time. Of the two, I preferred the Riviera, which is about $20 to $30 more expensive. The Treasure Lace tablecloth is quite plastic. Riviera is a fairly heavy fabric. I don't want to compare apples to pears, but the description says it "combines" the soft look of cotton with the durability of plastic, but it looks like plastic. However, this will likely be the tablecloth I will use when serving dishes that can result in unwanted stains (spaghetti), but only when stains are likely. wrinkled after half a dozen washes and this tablecloth has become soft and lost its "plastic" look.
