I'm here to correct some bad reviews. 1) The beads in the hair mask I've seen 4 people say it might be plastic but it's not. These are exfoliating beads 2) the shampoo/conditioner is not 'thin and undiluted', this formula is sulfate free which means it will not bubble or build up like sulfate (which is good) 3) there is no ammonia smell. These people have clearly never sniffed ammonia. There is no chemical smell. Basically, the shampoo has a unique aroma, similar to the smell of shampoos used in hair salons. But no dyes. However, I don't find the smell of the shampoo as pleasant as the smell of the conditioner. Therefore 4 instead of 5 stars. 4) It was founded in Italy. This means that FORMULA comes from Italy. NO product so stop calling it a scam. Nowhere on the bottle does it say Made in Italy. It's not her fault you can't read.
