I did an allergy test according to the instructions on the package; After 48 hours everything was ok. But after using it, itchy rashes appeared on several parts of the body. What was extremely frustrating is that according to a pre-recorded message on their customer service number (800-350-3998), I called their medical support hotline (866-338-8517) and got a sales line trying to sell me DirectTV and Insurance! As I was desperately trying to find a possible cure for my itchy hair dye rash, I was shocked to be sent down this utterly useless path. I ended up using the doctor's phone number through my own insurance to get help from the doctor.
