The laptop is fine but the warranty is problematic

I bought this device from the seller in July 2021. It's September 2021 and I just found out that the 1 year manufacturer's warranty expires in 7 days. The seller should fix it or pay for the extended warranty for me. Application submitted 5 days ago but no reply.
