Great and economical bathroom solution! We ordered two for the main bathroom. The build was reasonable, of course it would be nice to give the pattern or measurements instead of relying on measurement and layout accuracy, but not really difficult. One of the great things about it is that you don't have to modify the electrical part to support it because it draws so little power (110W). (We have another 800 watt circuit that got its own 15 amp circuit just to make sure we didn't overload one.) We liked it so much we ordered another smaller one for the other walls (can't have too many warm towels). I myself was concerned and intrigued by some reviewers of similar products who said they don't heat towels, which is actually my biggest reservation about the purchase. Suffice it to say that this fear was in vain; They get warm enough IMO any sane person would understand how they work and expect to turn them off 1 hour before showering (it should be warming up etc.). not so hot, I could not lend a hand, but then again 100 watts. One downside I struggle with is the pigtail cord (i.e. not straight) as it's a plug and I was hoping to discreetly route/wall mount the cord. This type of cable makes that impossible, so I'm considering options.
