Review on Web Insights by Peter Parks

I like that it's easy for me as an admin (or anyone) with very little coding skills or experience to set up my campaigns/reports in minutes! Also love how customizable this is - you can do almost anything from within WIA itself if needed! However there are some things which could be improved upon regarding UI / UX of reports etc but overall they have done great work so far by making something simple complicated enough where people don't get overwhelmed when trying out web insights :) Have been using them since their early days & i'm still loving every minute spent working wth these guys!! We're able to monitor our traffic flows across all channels via one platform now.
