Philips service does not exist

Headphones of the first version do not individually activate automatic charging. You need to remove both earbuds, activate them and put them back into the charger for it to start charging automatically. Second warranty/service is terrible. They let you do one thing, take all the photos etc, then after 3 weeks a new person comes in who wants you to start the whole process over. Finally full refund! I will never buy a Philips product again!
