Pre-assembled. Makes it very easy to install. You just need to connect the power to the input terminals, and then each switch will be powered. You will also need a cable to the accessory. I think if I were using more powerful accessories I would prefer boosted input connectors. Since there are six 15A circuit breakers, you could get 90A with this panel. The flat plug inputs are not sufficient for this. I use low powered stuff on an open boat so I don't care. Can't comment on durability yet as I haven't installed the panel yet, but it looks very well built and sealed. As others have said if you install the panel horizontally it will retain water.
